At UtilifyAI, our philosophy is simple: we process your files, we don't keep them. We are building a Privacy-First utility hub where your data remains exactly that—yours.

This Privacy Policy explains our strict data-handling practices and how we protect your information.

1. Zero-Retention Data Processing

When you use any of our PDF or AI tools, your files are transmitted to our Secure Backend Infrastructure. From there, tasks are executed by isolated Automated Background Processing workers.

• No Manual Access: Your files are processed entirely by automated systems. No human team member ever views, opens, or manually accesses your uploaded or generated files.
• Volatile Temporary Storage: During processing, files are held temporarily in secure memory to complete the requested action.

2. Strict 60-Minute Auto-Purge Policy

We don't want your data lying around. All uploaded original files and processed outputs are subject to an uncompromising Auto-Purge policy. They are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our Volatile Temporary Storage within 60 minutes of processing.

3. No AI Model Training

Your data is not our product. We do not train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models using your uploads, documents, or generated outputs. Your inputs exist solely to provide you with the immediate utility you requested.

4. Information We Collect

Because we operate without mandatory user accounts or subscriptions, the footprint you leave is minimal:

• Usage Metrics: We collect anonymized, aggregate metrics (like tool usage frequency or processing errors) strictly to maintain and improve our Secure Backend Infrastructure.
• No Personal Profiles: We do not track you across the web, and we do not build unique marketing profiles based on your activity.
